The Problem
The client required a modern valet parking platform capable of managing customer bookings, driver assignments, vehicle tracking, parking operations, and revenue management. Traditional valet operations relied heavily on manual coordination, resulting in delays, inefficient resource allocation, and limited visibility into ongoing parking activities.
The Approach
We approached this as a mobile products engagement, applying our proven delivery rhythm: understand the constraints, architect for the real load, and ship in weekly slices.
The Solution
We designed and developed a multi-role valet parking platform consisting of Customer, Driver, and Parking Management applications. The system enables real-time booking, automated driver allocation, GPS-based tracking, parking availability monitoring, digital payment processing, booking history management, and operational reporting. The platform delivers a seamless experience for customers while providing complete control to parking operators.
