Shop floor to top floor, one pipeline
Production dashboards, machine telemetry and predictive maintenance, connecting equipment to decisions in real time.

At a glance
- Telemetry pipelines from existing machines
- Anomaly alerts before downtime
- ERP-integrated, not ERP-adjacent
- Interfaces readable on the floor

The landscape.
Savo builds the loop. Telemetry pipelines collect from machines and MES layers, dashboards make line health legible at a glance, and maintenance tooling flags the anomaly before it becomes downtime. All of it integrates with the ERP that actually runs the business, because a beautiful dashboard that ignores planning is decoration.

Industry 4.0 is a closed loop, not a dashboard.
What we build for manufacturing & 4.0.
IoT dashboards
Live line health, counts and throughput, the plant's pulse on one screen, from any browser.
Machine telemetry
Collection from PLCs, gateways and MES layers into one time-series picture of the floor.
Predictive maintenance
Anomaly detection and maintenance triggers that schedule the fix before the failure schedules itself.
Production tracking
Orders, batches and traceability, what was made, when, by which line, from which lot.
ERP integration
Consumption, output and orders synced with the planning system, so operations and finance agree.
Worker applications
Andon boards, work instructions and quality checks on floor-hardened devices.

Asked about manufacturing & 4.0.
Usually not. Most equipment exposes states through PLCs or gateways; we start by instrumenting what you already have and extend sensing only where the data gap justifies it.
Baseline behaviour is learned per machine, deviations are flagged with context, and maintenance orders are raised with evidence attached. It is about catching the slow drift early, not crystal-ball prediction.
Yes, integration is the point. Consumption, output and orders sync with your planning system so the floor picture and the business picture are the same picture.
We design for distance, glare and gloves: large type, high contrast, glanceable states. A dashboard nobody on the floor can read is a screen saver.

Bring the brief, the regulation, the legacy system, the scale problem. We'll map the build in one conversation and quote in days, not weeks.
