The Problem

The challenge was to transform complex psychological and human performance assessments into a structured, accessible digital experience. Clients needed a simple way to complete detailed questionnaires over a six-week calibration period, understand their results, and track their progress. Administrators needed a centralized system to manage client accounts, assessment workflows, questionnaire data, and performance reports while maintaining a consistent and intuitive user experience.

The Solution

We designed and developed a full-stack human performance platform with dedicated client and administrator dashboards. The system features structured questionnaire workflows, progress tracking, automated scoring, personalized assessment reports, and centralized CMS management. Clients can complete assessments, review domain-level insights, and monitor changes over six weeks, while administrators manage users, assessment content, submissions, and reporting through a unified interface. The platform combines a premium, data-driven dashboard design with a scalable React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL architecture.
